How to choose a tube filling and sealing machine
A practical equipment-selection checklist for tube materials, fill volume and production output.
Start with the tube
Specify whether the package is plastic, laminate or aluminum. These formats use different closing methods and may require different machine configurations. Provide the diameter, length, opening and print-registration requirements.
Define the filling task
Share the target dose, product viscosity, filling temperature and any particles. Include your cleaning and contact-material requirements. The machine range alone is not enough to establish product compatibility.
Separate design speed from production output
Use the production-speed figure for the relevant configuration as your starting point. Product behavior, tube handling and downstream equipment can limit actual line output. Request a test with representative product and packaging.
Plan the complete package
Decide how tubes will be loaded and discharged, whether cartoning is required, and how changes between formats will be managed. Include factory layout, utilities and the required operator workflow in your enquiry.
